Over time, when the tenant or guest uses a washer or dryer, they will pay a small fee. The same concept as if they were using the local laundromat; however, this will be in your own building.
We carefully set a vend price that balances affordability for users while covering the equipment and service expenses. This means you never receive a bill for the machines or their maintenance.
The only upfront costs you may need to consider are any upgrades to utilities that might be necessary to accommodate our machines. While most laundries have the existing utilities required to support our laundry equipment, some older buildings don’t have a 20-amp power outlet that we need to power our electric dryers.
Will Having Commercial Laundry Equipment Increase Our Utility Bills?
In most cases, no – it can help control or reduce utility costs compared to other setups. Our high-efficiency commercial machines use less water and energy per load than older or domestic models. If any machine requires servicing or maintenance, we take care of it promptly and at no cost to you. We have a support process in place to address issues fast. When we install the equipment, we also install clear instructions and a phone number to report directly to us. If a washer or dryer isn’t working properly, a resident/guest can call us to instantly report an issue. We are committed to responding to communications we receive within 24 hours.
If required, we will send a qualified laundry technician to troubleshoot and fix the issue as soon as possible. All maintenance and repair costs are covered by us (except in the case of deliberate misuse or vandalism), so you won’t be invoiced for any service calls or parts. Our goal is to keep every machine running smoothly so that users always find a working washer and dryer available. And if users have any difficulties (like a refund request for a cycle, questions on how to use the machine, etc.), our customer service is ready to assist them directly, taking that burden off you.
